The story showcases the diversity of American car culture. From Japanese to American to European machines; from daily drivers to high-end exotics. Cars in the book range from a Honda Civic Si to a Ford Mustang Terminator, all the way up to a Lamborghini Murciélago.

a Message from the author

As a longtime JDM fan, I have always wished for a story like Initial D but set in America. Something clearly focused on cars and racing, without turning into an action movie or a soap opera that has little to do with cars.

Over the years, while waiting for something like this to appear, I started working on my own vision: a story that blends the diversity of American car culture with the spirit of Japanese racing from the JDM golden era, the ’90s. American Touge is the result. A realistic, racing-focused story that brings the thrill of canyon battles to Southern California during peak car culture era, the early 2000s.

I hope this vision resonates with you and that you decide to form part of this journey with me.
